•Flora D’lite ensures delivery as per the selected date and time slot in their refrigerated delivery vans
•Since cakes are perishable in nature, we attempt delivery of your order only once. However, we offer store pick up as well.
•This product is hand delivered and will not be delivered along with other products as it comes in a refrigerated vehicle.
•Occasionally, substitutions of flavors/designs are necessary due to temporary and/or unavailability issues. In these unlikely
scenarios, the sender will be informed with ample prior notice and will get a refund on non agreement of substitution.
